BLUE LINE - UNITS WITH HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM

Blue Line: This product stands for a highly customizable ventilation and complete air conditioning unit with the highest energetic efficiency at the known high HANSA quality.

This equipment is configured according to the customer's request within the possible limits according to applicable standards and guidelines and is optimized for the respective application.

SLIM LINE

Our Slim Line units: Manufactured thousands of times, highly efficient and compact units up to 3,200 m³/h and 15 kW cooling capacity for cooling rooms with high thermal loads with an energy advantage of more than 70% compared to circulating air or split models! Slim Line units work in 3 operating modes:

• Cooling with outside air: Cooling the room by discharging the hot air and blowing in cold outside air. Mixture of exhaust air and outside air depending on the required supply air temperature. Since no cooling system is needed, this operating mode represents an extremely efficient option for cooling.
• Cooling with outside air and cooling system: The cooling system is activated when the outside air alone no longer meets the requirements.
• Cooling with circulating air and cooling system: Operating mode for very high outside temperatures, when for logical reasons, the cooler indoor air is cooled in circulating air mode.

FREE LINE COOLING / COMPLETE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS

Our Free Line units are fully adjustable and configurable air conditioning units for free cooling for all air flows from 2,500 m³/h to over 100,000 m³/h.

For cooling server rooms, or for general discharging of process heat, the Free Line series units can be perfectly adapted to a range of applications and can have the following functions:

ENERGY-OPTIMIZED COMFORT AND BUILDING PROTECTION

HANSA swimming pool dehumidification units are available in various models. These are distinguished from each another by the technical design of the heat recovery system (plate heat exchanger) and the air flow rate. Each of these units is also optionally available with a freely controllable dehumidification heat pump and with pool water condenser / fresh water heating unit.

Types of equipment for swimming pool air conditioning:

P series

Very compact units with a double plate heat exchanger and air flows up to 3,400 m³/h. Designed for:

• Private pools with a maximum water surface of 105 m2
• Indoor swimming pools with a maximum water surface of 74 m2
• Recreational pools with a maximum water surface of 54 m2
• Wave pools with a maximum water surface of 44 m2
• Therapy pools with a maximum water surface of 25 m2

PWT series

Very economical units with a single-stage plate heat exchanger and air flows up to 8,000 m2. Designed for:

• Private pools with a maximum water surface of 222 m2
• Indoor swimming pools with a maximum water surface of 170 m2

PT series

Highly energy-efficient units with a single-stage plate heat exchanger and air flows up to 18,000 m³/h. Units with high air flows and dehumidification capacity are available upon request.

• Private pools with a maximum water surface of 530 m2
• Indoor swimming pools with a maximum water surface of 395 m2
• Recreational pools with a maximum water surface of 288 m2
• Wave pools with a maximum water surface of 230 m2

DPT series

Highly energy-efficient units with two plate heat exchangers and air flows up to 40,000 m³/h. Designed for:

• Recreational pools with a maximum water surface of 555 m2
• Wave pools with a maximum water surface of 445 m2

HYGIENE UNITS

Germ-free and clean air is an essential component for hygienic spaces. With our Blue Line Hy air conditioning units, air can be treated according to the respective requirements.

Through special filtering methods, such as biostatic filters or UV-sterilization of the air, the desired conditions can be achieved. Due to the variable use of secondary units, different hygiene zones can be air conditioned with a single central air conditioning unit.

Our decades of experience and the use of mature technologies enable us to adapt each unit precisely for the respective purpose.

Through the use of energy-saving fans and due to the low noise pollution, Hansa hygiene units provide a coherent overall concept.

The Blue Line Hy units are individually configured and designed according to the air conditioning task to be fulfilled. Due to our modular HKG design, the series of equipment can be individually expanded with the necessary components in each case: integrated mechanical cooling or heat pump (also reversible), cold or hot water register, humidification and dehumidification, sterilization, etc.

HANSA offers modules to develop compact ventilation units for air flows from 800 to 3400 m3/h. The concept of this product line enables cost-effective series production with simultaneous flexibility and a wide range of applications due to modularization.
